We appreciate your business and want to make your Heliummm experience as pleasant as possible.

- First-time students must pre-pay the first class online. After that, cash or check at class is fine.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Firm 24-hour cancellation policy for classes. Yes, even if something unexpected comes up at work. Yes, even if you’re sick. So cancel early, and if you feel better the next day, you can always come if there is a spot left.
- Firm 48-hour cancellation policy for workshops.
LATE POLICY
- Students more than 10 mins late for class will not be admitted. If you miss the warm up, it is not safe for you to join.
- Privates: if you are late, you will be given the time remaining.
CLASS CARDS
- Class cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be shared.
- Refunds for other items are subject to a 15% administration fee.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
- Classes are ON as long as the trains are running.
