C'mon out and get fit while having fun! You know you always wanted to run away and join the circus. You'll love showing off your arms, abs and butt after these great classes! And, you'll get into phenomenal shape while learning the beautiful art of aerial dance. Study silks, lyra/hoop, straps, trapeze or hammock.
Classes are generally small (2-4 students), so you get lots of individual attention and time up on the apparatus. Don't miss out on these great classes that were featured in American Fitness Magazine (see Press section).
All skill levels welcome.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Classes begin with a brief cardio warm-up, followed by stretching and strengthening, focusing on core and lower abs. Then we get up on the apparatus!

FAQs
What to wear
A tight fitting top and leggings. No jewelry, zippers or rivets please. Long hair tied back. Back of the knees covered. Bare feet for aerial. Runners and socks for aerial conditioning or in-home training.
When to eat
Do not eat for 1 hour before class as you will be going upside down!
